• Vacuum your rug on a periodically, on a low suction setting, with the beater bar off or at a high position to remove surface dirt.
• Pile shedding is a normal characteristic of all new natural fibre rugs and will subside over time. Correct vacuuming will expedite this process. Refrain from pulling longer strands vertically from the pile, rather trim evenly with scissors. This too will settle over time.
• For any spills, blot immediately with a clean, absorbent white cloth. Don not rub the stain and refrain from using harsh cleaning products, detergents and water as this could damage the rug.
• Do not machine wash the rugs. To achieve the best result, make use of a periodic professional dry cleaning service.
• Do not fold the rug.
• Avoid using the rug in damp or wet surface.
• Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
• Note: Viscose/Art Silk rugs should not be placed in areas with heavy traffic or moisture.
• All natural materials should not be exposed to continous moisture as it may result in damage.

Delivery Costs:
Delivery to your door at all major centres in South Africa is basilutely free for order above R2 500.
All other orders carry a flat rate delivery charge of R150.

Delivery Times:
In stock deliveries take between 2 to 4 working days, between 8am and 5pm for main centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) and up to 7 working days for regional and remote areas.

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a reason unrelated to a quality problem, you may return it within 7 days from the date of the invoice, for a refund minus a handling fee. Only products that are unused and undamaged and in their original condition will be considered for refund or exchange. Please refer to terms and conditions.
